Don't require the commander to be available for clan arena

The clan commander start outs on the team automatically in clan arena matches. He can take himself off the team, but because he starts on the team, he has to be free (not at work, plundering, or even during the 5-minute cooldown) to issue or accept a challenge, and he has to have a Clan Arena Point left.

If we have 50 members, we could theoretically have 20 5-man matches in a day--but as the commander, the 20th one has to be the 2nd one I fight in.

This is silly, and it makes it harder to set up clan arena matches.

If the commander weren't automatically pulled in when challenging or making a challenge, that would be idea. But that would probably require both significant code changes and UI changes.

A simpler alternative might be to have the commander available (on the right side list, rather than in the team), but if he tries to add himself and he's busy, it fails.
